MAKC has made available two methods of pre-payment of Goldfish Show Registration fees.

MAIL IN
You may print and fill out this registration form, calculate the fees due and send a copy along with a check made payable to MAKC to ARt & Nicole Lembke at the address on the form.

ONLINE
By completing a two-step process.

STEP ONE:
Complete the internet goldfish registration form on this page, filling in your name, address, etc.
Next, list in the appropriate block, the number, by size and variety of goldfish you wish to enter in the goldfish show.
Next, enter the total number of goldfish you plan to bring to the goldfish show.
Next, based on the number of goldfish entered, calculate the dollar amount you must pay.
     Note: the fees vary based upon the date you submit your registration. Make a note of this dollar amount. You will enter this amount to pay by credit card in Step two.
Next, click "submit this form" to send Goldfish Show Registration form to Art & Nicole Lembke.
Next, proceed on to Step two for credit card payment.
