Koi America 2007 All Around Award

This is a Major Trophy. The All-Around Award will be presented to the person who earns the most points for koi entered in the show.

This is how it works:
• Grand , Grand “B”, Mature, Adult, Young, and Baby Champions: 3 pts each
• Best in Size and Best in Variety: 2 pts each
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place: 1 pt each

Special awards such as President’s, AKCA, or Friendship awards do not earn points.

Example of how you can win:

Entrant A: brings 6 fish
Grand Champion = 3 pts
1 Best in Size = 2 pts
2 First place = 2 pts
2 Second Place = 2pts
Total: 3+2+2+2= 9 pts

Entrant B: brings 10 fish
Best Kohaku = 2 pts
3 First place = 3 pts
3 Second place = 3 pts
3 Third Place = 3 pts
Total: 2+3+3+3= 11 pts

Entrant B wins All-Around Award even though Entrant A won Grand Champion!

As you can see this award is a matter of numbers of koi, so bring as many koi as you can to the show to improve your chance of winning this Major Trophy.
